Meet Manasa (Mansi) Pandurangi, SME

Mansi is a highly valued EGlobalTech (EGT) Subject Matter Expert (SME) who supports the Technology Solutions business unit and the EGT Labs group. Mansi’s primary focus is on providing technical expertise in designing, architecting, and building web applications using the latest technologies and applying Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. Mansi engages in new challenges each day and explains EGT has consistently helped her grow in her career. In her own words, “EGT has exposed me to a lot of amazing projects and advanced technologies which helped me enhance my skill set. Even though I work mostly on the application side, EGT has provided me with the opportunity to work directly with customers, which I enjoy a lot. I have constantly worked with great mentors and managers which helped me go beyond my comfort zone.” At EGT, Mansi is encouraged to engage with new projects and take on responsibilities that are outside the immediate scope of her day-to-day operations. This has allowed Mansi to expand her knowledge base and made her a more well-rounded professional.
Mansi’s passion for becoming a software developer began in high school while her older sister was studying Computer Science. She found her introduction to Computer Sciences intriguing and it launched her love of the field. She is thankful for her sister for being a great mentor to her every step of the way. The best piece of advice that she was given was “Opportunities don’t come to you, you have to chase an opportunity and you need to confidently voice your opinion rather than stay quiet. Build the door for new opportunities.” This self-advocacy has led Mansi to be a strong leader within her cohort.
When Mansi is not busy being a rockstar at EGT, you can find her spending time with her family, traveling, trying new cuisines, and helping others. When Mansi has an opportunity, she volunteers with the Virginia Volunteer Health Systems. Just last week, she assisted multiple times at a mass vaccination site where more than 4,000 people were vaccinated a day. Helping others is a passion of hers, and she envisions building a platform for user communities that will enhance the quality of life for adults and young kids who have social disadvantages.
