eGlobalTech Appraised at CMMI L4 and Receives Three ISO Certifications

ARLINGTON, VA, October 18, 2016 – eGlobalTech (eGT) is pleased to announce it has been appraised at a CMMI Maturity Level (ML) 4 for Development and ML 3 for Services. In addition, eGT has achieved International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2008, ISO 20000-1:2011, and ISO 27001:2013 certifications. These achievements demonstrate eGT’s commitment to excellence and integration of best practices into its award-winning processes for service delivery. As the firm continues to grow and expand, these accomplishments will also enable a more rigorous process for quality control across the organization’s entire contract portfolio.

eGT’s CMMI ML4 appraisal means the company quantitatively manages its projects, which improves work quality and efficiency and ensures projects align with their client’s business objectives. For example, eGT has built-in quality controls and continuous improvement mechanisms into its processes to ensure that projects consistently exceed customer expectations.

With the integration of the ISO certifications, eGT teams are enabled to consistently meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and to control information and risks in security. eGT has successfully applied these processes at the Departments of State, Homeland Security, Health and Human Services, the General Services Administration, and the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services.

“As eGlobalTech continues to grow, the CMMI appraisals and ISO certifications will ensure that our service delivery organization can scale effectively using standardized processes with built-in quality control,” said Branko Primetica, Chief Strategy Officer.
