Vienna, VA - The US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) selects EGlobalTech (EGT), a part of Tetra Tech Federal IT Group, as a prime contractor to provide Desktop Configuration Support for the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Client Software Services Division (CSSD). As part of this contract we will provide:
Daily operational support including problem and incident management and end user support
Engineering for troubleshooting
Operating enterprise services and research and analysis of complex desktop issues and evaluation of new technologies
This is a five year award will continue our relationship with USPTO, ongoing since 2014. We highlight this is the first win for Tetra Tech on our CIO-SP3 contract. EGT looks forward to supporting USPTO's successful operations.
