Providing program management and information technology support services to the DHS OCIO, including program management office (PMO), engineering, information technology, email security and performance management support services.
ICE Student Exchange Visitors Program Support
Provided operations and Project Management Office (PMO) support to the Student Exchange Visitors Program within Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) by strengthening and improving the tracking of foreign students and exchange visitors in the United States. Our support helps to reduce the potential for fraud through the application of advanced information technology systems.
USCIS Data Analysis Support
Addressed program management and operational objectives for the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Office of Performance and Quality while providing professional and technical support services, including business operations analysis, database and program development, policy research, work force analysis and modeling, and financial and economic analysis.
USCG C4ISR Acquisition Program Management Support
Assisted the United States Coast Guard (USCG) with acquisition program management and technical support services, which are helping to reduce transition risk as C4ISR systems move from development into integration, test, and deployment.
FEMA Architecture, Engineering, and Enterprise Services
Provided architecture, engineering, and enterprise services to increase transparency and accountability, make data accessible in support of Open Government concepts, and improve collaboration and innovation within the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and its external partners.
TSA Business Operations Support Services
Executed and coordinated all organizational development, human resource, and administrative operations; defined mature business processes that enable the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Office of Security Capabilities to make investment decisions that support risk-based security; and developed business intelligence capabilities to enable better decision-making, strategic alignment, resource allocation, and performance management.

USCIS Agile Coaching
Provide Agile Coaches to help transition USCIS to a highly effective agile-based development organization. Our experts educate the team in measuring success in the USCIS agile environment; and continuously identify and make recommendations that help USCIS evolve their delivery process though agile best practices.
DHS EDMO
Architected, designed and implemented DHS’ first Open Data API services platform called OpenDHS and deployed a pilot version on the Amazon Web Services cloud. Collaborated with multiple DHS components in educating them on Open Data best practices.
FEMA Open Data
Architected, developed and implemented FEMA’s first Open Data API services platform called OpenFEMA and deployed it on Amazon Web Services cloud. Leveraged this to create the Responder Collaboration API to provided trusted data exchange among FEMA partners.
FEMA Content Management System Implementation
Implemented the Alfresco Records and Content Management System for the Contracts Division at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Conducted requirements analysis, system integration, system configuration, records scanning, and indexing for the entire division.
CBP Technical Support
Supported the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s (CBP) Maximo 5.2 and Oracle 9i environment while stabilizing and enhancing performance. Services include business value assessments and re-engineering in-house technology processes.

FEMA Cloud Computing
Leveraging Amazon Web Services, implemented a secure mission critical multi-purpose geospatial cloud ecosystem primarily used by over 3000 GIS users during times of emergency and disaster to coordinate relief efforts.

Provided full-scope, enterprise-wide information security support at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to ensure that all information systems are secure and optimally managed to maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of mission-critical data.

USCG Engineering and Technical Support
Provided engineering support services at the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Logistics Center, Engineering Division in Elizabeth City, N.C. Services included the creation and updating of illustrations used in USCG Operational and Maintenance Manuals, Time Compliance Technical Orders, Engineering Specifications, Maintenance Procedure Cards, Commandant Instructions, and other technical documents as required.
USCG Engineering Services Support
Delivered engineering and related support services to the Airworthiness Sustainment and Engineering Support Branches for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) Aviation Logistics Center, Engineering Services Division in Elizabeth City, N.C. Subject matter expertise provided materials engineering services, laboratory technician services, aerospace engineering, wiring configuration, corrosion preventive, and a reliability centered maintenance program.
