Program/Project Management

Our experience includes:

  • Creation of comprehensive Project Management Plans which depict project mission, organization, roles and responsibilities
  • Development of a detailed project schedules in the form of Work Breakdown Structures, which includes all project activities, associated dates, and responsibilities
  • Risk management and tracking, including the development of Risk Management Plans, and the identification of specific mitigation strategies, accomplished in the specific risk phases:  Identify Analyze, Plan, Track, and Control.
  • Development and maintenance of Systems Life Cycle Management Methodologies (SDLCM).
  • Configuration Management to ensure that changes to project scope and approach are captured and integrated into the overall project strategy.
  • Continuous project tracking - including weekly reports and deliverable status meetings, schedule updates.
  • Earned Value Management (EVM) implementation, training, and reporting.

Our methodology is being employed at several department-wide systems implementation efforts – including the Departments of Labor and Homeland Security. 

Global Tech personnel have extensive Earned Value Management experience, including:

  • Projects managed and resourced within acceptable schedule and cost variances.
  • Familiarity with ANSI/EIA Standard 748 standards.
  • Participation in EVM training sessions, addressing OMB Memorandum M-05-23.
