eGlobalTech Senior Executives Lead Industry Roundtables for Healthcare and Cloud Computing

Arlington, VA, November 8, 2011 - eGlobalTech kicked off November by sharing the thought leadership of its senior executives at area conferences centered on healthcare, enterprise architecture and cloud computing strategies for the federal government.

On November 8 eGlobalTech President Sonya Jain led a roundtable discussion as part of 1105 Media’s annual Enterprise Architecture Conference and Exposition, held this year in Tysons Corner, Virginia. At the two-day conference government EA practitioners shared strategies for applying EA methodologies to today’s top government priorities, including cloud computing, information sharing, cybersecurity, and mobility.
The topic of Sonya Jain’s roundtable was “Moving to the Cloud,” during which Sonya led discussion of considerations for government agencies as they evaluated moving to the cloud, including different acquisition options, federal policies, developing and deploying cost models, and information security considerations.

eGlobalTech sponsored AFCEA Bethesda’s Health IT Day on November 2. The one-day conference was held at the Mayflower Renaissance Hotel in Washington, DC, with topics including mobile health, electronic health records, and Federal Health IT spending priorities. As part of the conference eGlobalTech’s Health Practice Senior Director Som Saadat led a roundtable session on challenges and opportunities in Patient Centered Care.
