Past Performance

Examples of our IT Infrastructure past performance include:

Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA):  eGlobalTech assesses, plans, documents, executes and provides steady state support and maintenance for the enterprise network, systems and applications at FLRA.  Additionally, we developed performance goals and agreements (Service Level Agreement) for IT services; provided Security Self-Assessments; and created an Information Technology Contingency Plan, a Vulnerability Assessment and Report, and IT and Business Strategy plans.

Department of Energy:  eGlobalTech is assessing the technology and infrastructure environment at the Department of Energy and developing the long term vision for this area. In order to develop the long term vision, we are identifying their current state, gaps and bottlenecks to help optimize their infrastructure environment using emerging technologies and efficient processes.

U.S. Capital Police (USCP):  eGlobalTech is responsible for supporting USCP IT equipment tracking, ensuring network operations, overseeing software programs, and managing communication equipment and services.
