Case Management
Past Performance
A core eGlobalTech competency is the analysis, design and implementation of case management solutions in support of both commercial and federal requirements. For federal clients, eGlobalTech offers in-depth knowledge of the federal Case Management Line of Business direction, which provides a high-level "blue print" and standards to guide federal litigation procedures, case management processes, and associated investments in information technology. Furthermore, we offer an in-depth understanding of all leading case management solutions, federal adjudicatory and case management business processes, associated regulatory guidelines, and functional requirements.
Examples of our case management past performance includes:
Department of Labor -eJudication: We are leading the implementation of a common citizen-centric case management solution for 5 disparate agencies within DOL. Our team is responsible for full systems development life cycle support, including data migration from legacy systems.
Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA): eGlobalTech is developing and implementing a shared electronic case management tracking system allowing citizens to file cases electronically, obtain documents electronically, and check the status of their cases on-line.
Heath Management Strategies: Developed a mental health patient tracking system for Health Management Strategies. This included a Business Process Reengineering effort from inception to design & development of an automated Health Management System for tracking and managing a patient's case history. The system included electronic health record (EHR) implementation using NEIM standards. The requirements analysis included a workshop and swim-lane techniques that helped narrow the wide range of requirements into a common set. The project used a System Development Lifecycle process including requirements development, design, development, data migration, testing and implementation.
Veterans Affairs Hospital: Provided the Veterans Affairs hospital at Asheville with an automated “itemized billing system” to integrate into their existing Health Management system (DHCP). Led a team of analysts to specify system requirements. Managed contractors that developed and implemented the system. Conducted COTS evaluation and analysis, identified and discussed strategic issues and problems. Provided recommendations to solve these strategic problems. Conducted several workshops to discuss these strategies, participants of the workshops included directors, division chiefs and staff.
