Development of Exhibit 300 business cases, all supporting documentation, and budget justifications.
Establishment of governance processes that ensure integration and collaboration with Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Earned Value Management, and Information Assurance.
Review and assessment of business cases prior to OMB submission to ensure compliance with OMB Circular A-11 and other relevant guidelines. This effort includes the use of our tailored scorecards and scoring methodology.
Integration of Return on Investment measurement, outcome-based performance metrics, and Performance Assessment Rating Tool (PART) scores.
Conducting Quarterly Control Reviews to ensure continued investment performance and milestone completion.
Development and maintenance of CPIC policies, guidance, and training programs, and operational analyses.
