eGlobalTech possesses extensive business process re-engineering experience throughout the commercial and federal landscape.  We analyze and redesign workflow within and between enterprises to lower costs and increase quality of service – using information technology as the key enabler.  eGlobalTech’s comprehensive Business Process Reengineering support includes:

Department of DefenseDepartment of Defense (DoD) – Management Reform Memorandum (MRM) #15:  MRM#15 called for the testing of several short-term concepts to streamline the Defense Transportation System (DTS). We provided overall support to develop concepts of operation (CONOP), conduct prototypes, detail the functional and technical requirements of the systems used by the Installation Transportation Officers (ITO) and Transportation Management Officers (TMO), implemented new business processes, performed Independent Verification &Validation (IV&V) of ITO/TMO systems changes and monitored the migration of those changes into the new processes.

Department of Homeland SecurityDepartment of Homeland Security – Science and Technology Directorate:  eGlobalTech developed a comprehensive target business process map of the Directorate’s Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPB&E) process that introduced operational efficiencies and eliminated redundant/manual tasks.

Department of LaborDepartment of Labor – eJudication: eGlobalTech worked with 5 disparate agencies within DOL, each having a different mission, to develop a common business process that meet’s each agency’s functional needs.  This common business process enabled the implementation of a common case management system.

Federal Labor Relations AuthorityFederal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA):  Our team captured and documented the FLRA Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and case management business processes.  By analyzing these business processes, we were able to recommend a simplified workflow that will enable the implementation of an automated solution.

USTRANSCOMIn July 1997, the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller) directed the establishment of a Task Force that identified efficient business processes supporting the Defense Transportation System (DTS). As a result, the Comptroller issued the Management Reform Memorandum (MRM) #15 that called for the testing of several short-term concepts. eGlobalTech supported the prime contractor by providing project management support to develop concepts of operation (CONOPs), detailing the functional and technical requirements of the systems used by the Installation Transportation Officers (ITO) and Transportation Management Officers (TMO), implementing new business processes, performing Independent Verification &Validation (IV&V) of ITO/TMO systems changes and monitoring the migration of those changes into the new processes.
