Department of Homeland SecurityDepartment of State: eGlobalTech is conducting a business process re-engineering effort to assist the Department of State in streamlining their inventory processes and better utilize existing systems. This effort includes a implementation of the recommended processes as well as a wall-to-wall inventory in order to obtain 99% accuracy level.

 

Department of Homeland SecurityU.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP): eGlobalTech is currently managing the support of CBP’s Maximo 5.2 and Oracle 9i environment. Over the past few months, we have been able to stabilize and enhance the performance of their environment. This includes performing a business value assessment and re-engineering in-house technology processes. eGlobalTech is also slated to lead the upgrade and implementation of Maximo 7.1 across this agency.

US CensusU.S. Census: eGlobalTech played a major role in the preparation for the U.S. Census 2010 project. We completed the implementation of Maximo 6.2, as well designed the Maximo Enterprise Adapter solution that will allow for the data migration between legacy U.S. Census systems and applications and the new Maximo environment. This has increased the efficiency, total cost of ownership (TCO) and the return on investment (ROI) for the U.S. Census.
