ARRA Recovery Management
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009 introduced a new level of transparency and accountability in government. To help meet this objective, eGlobalTech’s Recovery Management Services has developed a comprehensive approach to helping government organizations successfully meet ARRA reporting requirements and focus on implementing Recovery Act programs.
eGlobalTech’s Recovery Act related services include:

Intra-Agency Communication
- Manage and coordinate concurrent processes for individual Recovery Act project plans (including coordination between program and staff offices)
- Design and manage the project change control process
- Administer central repository for Recovery Act related guidance
- Manage intra-agency recovery related communications
- Distribute and maintain meeting notices, agendas, and minutes
- Draft and conduct data calls as necessary
- Guidance development and distribution. This includes eGlobalTech’s proven Recovery Act Training curriculum.
External Agency Reporting
Develop and coordinate Federal Agency-wide and Program Specific Recovery Plans (PSRPs) - Prepare and deliver:
- Weekly Financial Activity Reports
- Weekly Funding Notification Reports
Federal Reporting
- Review Office of Management and Budget (OMB) guidance and corresponding instructions for both Recovery Act Awardees and Agency Reviewers.
- Develop Website materials, instructions, and webinar content for Awardees—including reporting guidance and FederalReporting.gov technical directions. This service encompasses delivering the quarterly webinars.
- Develop guidelines for Agency data quality assurance.
- Assess data and prepare OMB required reports on control totals, non-reporters, and significant errors.
- Perform job creation and overall Agency performance analysis using data posted on Recovery.gov
