Rising Star eGlobalTech Senior Enterprise Architect Honored with 2011 Award

ARLINGTON, VA – September 10, 2011 – eGlobalTech is proud to announce that one of our great team members was recognized for his contributions to federal government IT as a 2011 Rising Star award winner by Federal Computer Week (FCW) .

Senior Enterprise Architect Jay Huie was one of 25 individuals from over 125 nominees selected for this prestigious honor as one of the up and coming leaders in the federal information technology community. Mr. Huie has been with eGlobalTech for almost three years and has been making a difference in government for most of his career.

When asked for his advice by FCW for a government wannabe , he responded "Take the chance and work for all you're worth. Our country needs passion, creativity and intelligent determination. I think leading the course of federal IT is inspiring and can create an impact on our national priorities."

Mr. Huie was nominated for spearheading the development of the Department of Energy's IT Strategic Roadmap and playing an instrumental role in getting input from IT leaders across the department. His also initiated a series of summits to showcase how people are using technology to accelerate their missions.
